DISCOPATH

Presenting the US Premiere of Discopath, a salute to 70′s to 80′s exploitation slasher films with disco balls, roller skating, and tons of 70′s synth dance hits. Discopath is a story of a young man who becomes aroused to violence whenever he hears the thumping beat of disco music. This film could easily have played on 42nd Street alongside the latest indie stalker flicks and Italian imports, and the mise en scene connects to the era by recalling the golden age of Italian giallo and lessons of masters like John Carpenter and Brian De Palma. This is sure to become a cult classic hit, so don’t miss it!
